Thermo-welded bellows
Constructed from rigid polyamide fabric with PVC layers on both sides.
Opaque black material with thicknesses ranging from 0.25 to 0.4.
Rigid PVC supports at each fold, which are welded to the polyamide fabric using high-frequency machines. These rigid supports have thicknesses between 0.8 in white, 1, and 1.5 in gray. In some cases, polyurethane skates are incorporated into the Technifuelle bellows, which are attached to the rigid PVC frame, to reduce noise and improve internal sliding.
Additionally, depending on the width and length of the protection, stretching bands are incorporated and attached with staples for uniform opening of the protection or a scissor system when the protection is not guided by intermediate frames.
The features of these bellows are:
- Adaptability to any guide shape.
- Fully impermeable to liquids (coolants, oils, etc.).
- Indestructible protection.
- Can reach speeds of up to 200 m/min.
- Execution: vertical, horizontal, and transversal.
- Shapes: square, rectangular, octagonal, etc., and other shapes according to customer needs.
