The MTX cyclone unit is an auxiliary filtration device that increases the filtration level.

These are known as “secondary filtration units” because they are used in combination with drum, paper, or magnetic filters to improve the filtration level or to protect specific components such as high-pressure pump groups in machine tools.
They are 100% mechanical devices. Essentially, they are cylindrical bodies equipped with an internal cone. When liquid is pumped through them at a specific flow rate and pressure, a centrifugal force is generated inside, which helps separate solid particles from the liquid. They have one inlet for dirty liquid and two outlets—one for the filtered liquid and the other for the extracted sludge. They require no consumables and very little maintenance.
Our cyclone models are suitable for all processes and all types of chips, provided that the coolant used is an emulsion. Not suitable for cutting oils.
