Our Oil Separator Models SA and MSK
These are accessories installed in clean coolant tanks, designed to remove cutting oil that gradually accumulates on the surface.
Their use helps keep the coolant oxygenated, preventing bacterial growth and extending its service life. They also help reduce consumable costs by recovering part of the lost cutting oil.
The system consists of a metal body equipped with a small motor connected to a special belt to which the oil tends to adhere. This belt carries the oil to a container where it is collected and stored.
Our oil separator models are suitable for all types of processes and tank sizes.
