Magnetic conveyors
Motorized conveyor with a chain on which cars with rows of magnets are mounted. The distance between the cars is determined based on the shape, size, and quantity of chips.
The cars are covered with a stainless steel plate, so the moving mechanism is completely hidden beneath the plate.
The chips are transported over the stainless steel plate due to the traction exerted on them by the magnets.
It is used for short-sized chips, smaller than 50 mm, and moderate volume.
